The lists of names and/or e-mail addresses provided by users of this site are used only for periodic hot-line notifications or the operation and maintenance of forums or other site features and are not released to outside entities other than information requests made to eBare, that we may refer to another company listed on this site for the appropriate response. Other than the above, information submitted through web forms will be used only for the specific purpose described in the input screen, is considered private, and will not be released to outside entities unless a user specifically requests same.

Messages submitted to our bulletin board are assumed to be for public distribution and will be posted. An e-mail address will be required for each submission and in providing this address, such permission will be assumed to have been given.

While certain information is collected by our Internet Service Provider and passed on to us for statistical purposes, such information is only released to eBare.com and not to any third parties, and does not include any information which could personally identify a user.
